Where might the future lead – we don’t, really, know – do we? The year 2020 was all about changing work/life styles and finding new “WHYs” that lead to fulfilling lives in spite of the pandemic doing its best to keep us from succeeding.

I have spent the last year learning two languages. One language because It may help me secure better, more engaging employment and the other because it is a huge challenge to shift from a Latin-based romance to a Cyrillic language. Many times I’ve considered new training to help as well. However, the field I want to be in will require another demotion in pay – which is not right or fair. So, what to do?

Whatever I decide to do must keep me engaged and allow me to seek constant improvement of processes that enhance production. I love looking at how something is done and figuring out the most efficient way it can be done. If I can help reduce redundancies, that’s great! We eliminate those, streamline the process and continue refining.

We’re more than half way through 2021 and grappling with the Delta variant. I found a WHY by moving to The Pacific Northwest to help a friend. If you are still looking for yours, let’s talk or chat … Reach out anytime!
